    based on your personal starting position, your goal and other personal factors.
  2. A challenge is a structured process with the goal of achieving sustainable change in a specific area.
  3. We integrate behavioural science in our process. Missions involve reflection as well as written tasks. We integrate gamification as it is proven to increase results.
  4. Besides fitness and nutrition, we are specialised in psychology, change management and lean methodology (the science of being efficient and effective).
  5. It’s not a one fits all program. We are for those who are ready to fall in love with the journey. Your Health is a life long topic, not a one off 2 months fitness program. Our challenges inspire with various healthy habits. Repeat the ones you love, drop what you don’t.

After signing up, you will have immediate access to all challenges – start your challenge quest depending on what you want to focus on next.

Each challenge consist of a pre-challenge , the actual challenge, and a post-challenge phase to ensure you get the maximum out of your actions.

These phases are made up of daily missions you need to complete. Each level is important and it’s the combination that makes a challenge what it is: a structured process.

For challenges with a specified length , we recommend that you stick to it and complete the daily missions. For challenges without a time frame, decide yourself how fast you want / can move ahead. Psychological challenges for example need to be completed at every individual’s own pace and needs.
