There are many roads to getting pretty sculpted abs. What you’ll find on every path however – besides the right workouts to strengthen and build that core  – is this: the right lifestyle routine. Let’s repeat that as it’s so important: lifestyle is core, for a pretty core. So here we go:

 

  • Eat the right kinds of food to shed your belly fat and let that six pack shine through.
  • Be dedicated: Decide, commit, do.
  • Be persistent: Be patient, don’t stop.

THE CHALLENGE

This short challenge allows you to practice all of the above, with no overwhelm. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Dedicate 10 minutes a day to complete your challenge mission
  • On a daily basis, complete your mission integrating 4 no equipment do at home ab exercises. Depending on your fitness level do 1-4 rounds. Feel the heat.
  • Pull it off for 3 days only.
