COMMON QUESTIONS

Start with the challenge that excites you most. As beginner, we recommend to start one challenge at a time, and finish it before starting the next. If you’re up for it, combine challenges. However, don’t slack to your daily commitments. Consistency is key.

It makes sense to combine food and fitness challenges to increase the impact of your efforts.

Our Summer Body Challenges are a collection of healthy habits of all 3 areas: fitness, nutrition & mind. I’ts a good start to get inspired as well as for the holistic approach.​

Yes you can. In your membership area you see your progress on each challenge.

We recommend to finish a challenge when you start- out of habit: Finish what you start. So when doing multiple, make sure to reserve time for multiple daily missions.

Don’t worry. Simply pick up where you left off from.

Keep in mind though: Keep momentum. You will miss a day or two now and then, and it’s ok. However, make sure to pick it up soonest, and complete what you set out to do.

It depends on your fitness level and the time  you have a day.

In general, they are focus-topics and can be integrated in your regular fitness regime.

The idea is to pull through what you set out to do. Rather invest 15min daily in a challenge task, then aim for 1h workouts that never happen. With consistency, lil steps lead to big changes.

By simply getting down and doing it – you train  your subconscious, you set new habits, you strengthen your willpower, increase focus, and much more.
